Automatic Packaging

In sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical, vaccines, and food that require serialization, automatic cartoning and aggregation processes are highly important for manufacturers and distributors. This process speeds up your business processes, providing security and traceability of products during logistics stages.

Automatic cartoning is an automation process used in packaging and preparation for shipment of products. With the TrackArt automatic cartoning station, this process ensures that products are packaged in correct quantities and placed neatly on pallets.

Labeling: Each box or package is equipped with labels containing product identification information.

Product Packaging: Products are packaged in appropriate quantities and correct packaging.

Cartoning: Packaged products are placed in boxes or cartons in specific quantities.

Packaging: Cartons are stacked in an organized manner on pallets and prepared for transportation.

In this process, bulk barcode reading processes are supported with TrackArt automatic cartoning machines for cartoning and aggregation processes.

Aggregation

What is the Aggregation Process?

The produced materials are placed in transport units such as boxes, bundles, and pallets, and all transport units are hierarchically connected by affixing an SSCC barcode on top of each unit.

  • How Does an Automatic Cartoning Machine Work?

The automatic aggregation and cartoning machine automatically stacks pre-serialized and pre-inspected products ready for cartoning by pushing them on the conveyor system. The stacked products are automatically placed in the box placed at the end of the line. The system prints the SSCC barcode on each box.

  • How Is an Automatic Cartoning Machine Managed?

The automatic cartoning line, fully integrated into the TrackArt system, is managed with data such as job orders, production recipes, entered into the software, and controlled in all steps from the beginning of the line to cartoning. All work steps performed up to cartoning are recorded.
